JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2019 This application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 10.12.2018 passed by the learned ACJM-VI, Nawada in Kashichak (Shahpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 53 of 2014 whereby he has issued warrant of arrest against the petitioner.
In view of availability of an equally efficacious statutory remedy of revision under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I am not inclined to entertain this application under extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1003 of 2019(2) dt.01-07-2019 2/2 the Constitution of India.
The application is dismissed.
