JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-08-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 29.06.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

From the room of the petitioner, 500 grams of ganja were recovered. The petitioner was apprehended from the place of occurrence.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery has been made from the joint family house. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Mr. J.N. Thakur, learned counsel for the State does not dispute the quantum of recovery.

No.37264 of 2016 (2) dt.30-08-2016 2/2 Considering the small quantum of recovery and statement made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Munger in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016.
