The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case in nutshell is that the informant Renu Devi came in possession of Khata No. 154 Kheshra No. 851 area 12.5 decimal and Khata No. 143 Kheshra No. 584 Area 18.75 decimal, which she had got in Khangi partition. Petitioner Santosh Giri, under a conspiracy to take over her property, got a gift deed prepared in the name of Rinki Devi with respect to aforesaid piece of land and also got prepared a sale deed with respect to the same land. The informant further alleged that the sale deed as well as the gift deed are forged and fabricated one.

He further submits that the petitioner had sold his share of land. Petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2022. The nature of case is civil dispute.
Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.
