The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Phulwarisharif PS case no. 100 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/414 of Indian Penal Code. As per the case of the prosecution, the petitioner was apprehended while he was going on his own motorcycle but the said motorcycle was found to be stolen one. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an accused in one another case, in which FIR was originally filed against unknown accused persons. It is further submitted that petitioner is innocent and is in custody since 16.02.2017.
