The petitioner seeks bail in Majhaulia P. S. Case No. 443 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 323,494,498A, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of informant.

In the written report it is alleged that petitioner neglected the informant. The informant is living in her Maika with her children. The petitioner has performed another marriage.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39104 of 2019(2) dt.02-07-2019 2/2 is always ready to keep informant, but informant does not want to live with him.

It is mentioned in para 6 of bail petition that petitioner has not performed any second marriage. There is no mention of any name or identity of the lady with whom petitioner has performed second marriage.

Petitioner is in custody since 25.1.2019 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Majhaulia P. S. Case No. 443 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
