Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(a) of the Excise Act.

The prosecution case is recovery of 60 litres of country made liquor from the house of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery is from the joint family house and the dead persons have been made witnesses to the seizure. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with G.O. Case No. 299 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Chief

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32542 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.

Accordingly the application is disposed off.
