ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2019 in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No 89 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been taken into custody on suspicion and there has been no recovery. It has further been submitted that though police has not found any material against the petitioner during the course of investigation, till date the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances that the petitioner having no any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37506 of 2019(2) dt.21-06-2019 2/2 on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Muffassil P.S. Case No. 89 of 2019.
