Patna High Court CWJC No.4441 of 2013 (4) dt.21-04-2016 petitioner, it is submitted by Mr. Jha, learned senior counsel appearing for the Corporation with reference to a letter of the General Manager dated 15.1.2013 addressed to the writ petitioner on his complaint on the selection process and in which it has been mentioned that the location itself was found to be absurd inasmuch whereas the road on which the retail outlet is to be established, itself runs from West to East from Lakhminia Durgasthan School to Hanuman Tola in the district of Begusarai, the location advertised mentions its site on the Eastern side of the road which is an impossibility. It is in these circumstances that it was decided to notify the location afresh and hence the decision.
