The petitioner seeks bail in Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 40/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant Madan Prasad Singh alleged that while he and Bhola Chauhan were sitting near their house, the petitioner Rakesh Dhanuk along with Raju Dhanuk came and started abusing them. On protest, Raju Dhanuk is said to have fired causing injury to the informant on his left thigh. When Bhola Chauhan came to save him, the petitioner Rakesh Dhanuk is alleged to have fired causing injury to Bhola Chauhan on his left leg. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury found on the person of Bhola Chauhan is simple in nature, as it

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that firing made by the petitioner caused simple injury to Bhola Chauhan and for that the petitioner is in jail for three months, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 40/2016.
