JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition. However, learned State counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, by referring to the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State authorities, submits that the reliefs prayed for on behalf of the petitioner cannot be granted in the present proceeding, as the lands in question do not belong to the petitioner, rather lands in question belong to the State of Bihar over which a Pucca road has been constructed.

Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
