2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ghurna P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 76, 303(1), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. later on Section 130 of the B.N.S. was added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons have assaulted the informant, her husband and brother-in-law and caused them serious injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43809 of 2025(3) dt.03-09-2025 2/2 submits that the deceased had died after two months of the occurrence and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Araria/concerned Court below in connection with Ghurna P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025.
