The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rosera P.S.Case No.205 of 2016 registered for an offence under Sections 47(A) of the Excise Act and Sections 54 and 57 of The Bihar Excise Amended Act, 2016.

The informant happens to be the police officer who in course of checking vehicle, apprehended the pick-up-van and seized foreign liquors. The driver was apprehended at the spot who disclosed the name of this petitioner and one Vikash Kumar @ Chotu. The driver Jairam Jha has already been granted bail on 15.12.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No.49164 of 2016. Another accused, namely, Vikash Kumar @ Chotu whose name appeared in his confessional statement has also been allowed bail on 05.12.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No.46499 of 2016. This petitioner is

Under the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Rosera at Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S.Case No.205 of 2016.
