JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 24-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 353, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that though there is allegation against about 17 persons of snatching map from the storage box of the motorcycle of the Amin, who had gone to measure the land but the allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus in nature and the specific allegation is against other co-accused persons. It is urged that the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43179 of 2016 (2) dt.24-10-2016 2/2 are in custody since 3.09.2016 and the charge sheet has already been submitted.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Dumariaghat P.S.
