The petitioners being the parents of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after ten years of marriage by assaulting and strangulating. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners' claim to be separate from the husband of the victim, who is in custody and the post-mortem reflects the death caused by asphyxia due to hanging which suggests that the informant committed suicide. Moreover, the informant is not an eye-witness to the occurrence. The impugned order also does not

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No.122 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
