Considering the fact that the appeal preferred by the petitioner is pending before the District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur for the last more than one year, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur to
Patna High Court CWJC No.1928 of 2021(3) dt.30-06-2021 2/2 appropriately decide the appeal within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It goes without saying that the District Magistrate shall pass appropriate order after hearing all the stake holders.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
