Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court, giving direction to the trial court to expedite the trial of the petitioner and to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably, within two months but the trial court has reported that uptill now, only two prosecution witnesses could be examined and the matter is still pending for recording the statement of rest prosecution witnesses. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 20-12-2015 and does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties and also taking note of period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45228 of 2016 (5) dt.07-12-2016 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Suryagraha P.S. Case No. 272 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai.
