ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case has been instituted against these petitioners only because earlier Petitioner No. 2 had lodged a complaint case against the informant and his family members as son of Yamuna Paswan had been kidnapped and it had been alleged that the informant has been responsible for the same.

No.31691 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 P2/2 Considering the fact the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and there is previous enmity between the parties, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 39 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
