ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No.234 o 2014 registered under sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against this petitioner and that husband of the deceased lady is already in custody.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is an old and sick lady, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30227 of 2015 (3) dt.16-10-2015 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No.234 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
