The petitioner seeks bail in Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 364/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was arrested by the police and from his possession one country made loaded pistol with cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 25.10.2016. He has already remained in custody for more than eight months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S.
