2. The petitioners pray for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498 (A) , 328 , 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per the prosecution case , the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with co-accused Bipin Ram in the year 2012. After marriage , these petitioners along with other co-accused persons tortured and harassed the deceased for demand of dowry and due to non-fulfillment of the same , all the accused persons committed murder of the deceased by administering poison to her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No. 1 is mother-in-law and petitioner No. 2 is sister-in-law ( Gotni ) of the deceased. Specific accusation is against co-accused Bipin Kumar ( husband of the deceased) who is already in custody. Allegation is general and omnibus. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and have no concern with the affairs of couple . Petitioners are in custody since 04.04.2024 . 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JMFC Danapur (Patna) in connection with Maner Police Station Case No. 732 of 2022 .
