Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-420, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the informant identified the petitioner on the basis of CCTV footage, which is evident from perusal of paragraph-45 of the case diary. Moreover, the informant does not say about the role, played by the petitioner in the alleged crime in the above-said paragraph of the case diary. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42508 of 2016 (3) dt.25-11-2016 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 111 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Smt. Sangeeta Rani, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Patna.
