The petitioner seeks bail in Dinara (Bhanas) P.S. Case No. 02/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It is submitted that the name of the petitioner figured in the case on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused Umesh Savita @ Umesh Sabita. Umesh Savita has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 06.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 25135/2017. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28847 of 2017 (2) dt.11-07-2017 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Dinara (Bhanas) P.S. Case No. 02/2016.
