2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 100 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable u/s 80, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 pending in the court of learned CJM, Jehanabad.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within three weeks and seek regular bail.

4. Permission is granted with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Court below for grant of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39422 of 2025(3) dt.23-07-2025 2/2 regular bail which would be considered on its merits preferably on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
