ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-05-2015 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order of cognizance dated 10.03.2014 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsinghsarai, in Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No.158 of 2012.
It has been submitted that since Final Report was submitted as against the Petitioner No.5, she should not be proceed against. Also because the occurrence arose out of land dispute. Since these cannot be reasons for quashing the prosecution at the outset, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is dismissed.
