10 ltrs. of mahua wine was seized from the possession of the petitioner and for that, he is under custody since 07.05.2016. Furthermore, as is evident from para 3, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner namely Rabindra Chaudhary @ Tunnu is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Kavindra Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Rohtas P.S. case no. 93/2016.
