Heard learned counsel for the informant and the State.

This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 354(A)(B), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There was land dispute between the parties. Claim of the informant is that civil suit was decided in favour of the informant even thereafter the petitioner and others broke open the lock of the shop and for that dispute they allegedly committed assault and theft. The allegation against the petitioner, who is sister-in-law of co-accused, Dayanand, is of commission of theft. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 97 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, Nalanda at Biharsharif, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
