The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Parbatta P.S.Case No. 134 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120 (B), 406/467/468,471, 472, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not at all connected with the offences as alleged in the petition and the petitioner has been implicated in this case due to his brotherin-law, accused No. 2 namely, Pramod Kumar Pandit. Learned counsel fort the petitioner further submits that one co-accused Rajendra Pandit has already been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 29.04.2015 passed in CR. Misc. No. 19356 of 2015.

No.30120 of 2015 (2) dt.04-08-2015 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachhiya, Bhagalpur in connection with Parbtta P.S.Case No. 134 of 2013, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438( 2) of Cr.
