Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 13 of 2017 registered under Sections- 447, 448, 341, 354B, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties on account of land dispute. Injuries sustained have been found to be simple in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since10.03.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28339 of 2017 (2) dt.28-06-2017 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 13 of 2017.
