JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons assaulted with spear, stick and with the butt of the country made pistol to the informant and her family members and also snatched earring and Mangalsutra.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that five persons received injuries from the informant's side but all the injuries have been found to be simple superficial in nature caused by hard and blunt substances. There is counter version of the occurrence also and due to bona fide petty dispute, the accusation has been levelled. Considering the abovementioned facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhabua (Kaimur) in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 103 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
