This is a case registered under Sections 302,201,120(B) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name has come during course of investigation only on the basis of suspicion. The only material against the petitioner is confessional statement and no specific allegation has been made against him in the FIR. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that investigation of the case has completed and charge sheet has been submitted and there is no chance of tampering the investigation.
