07.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Regional Manager and Sr. Divisional Manager, National Insurance Company Ltd. have appeared in person and filed their show-cause. From perusal thereof, it is evident that it is not a case of nondecision or indecision in terms of the direction of the Court passed in the writ application.

Petitioner is disputing the mechanism and the manner in which the quantum of compensation / the insurance claim have been worked out by the opposite parties in relation to the Janta policy.

Keeping in view the direction passed in the writ application as well as after going through the show-

Patna High Court MJC No.78 of 2011 (6) dt.07-01-2015 2/2 cause filed on their behalf, the Court is of the opinion that the direction of the Court has been carried out. If it is not acceptable to the petitioner, petitioner has remedy available under law.

This Contempt Application stands disposed off with observation as above.

Personal appearance of the aforesaid two opposite parties stands dispensed with.

It is left open to the petitioner to accept the amounts offered by the opposite parties without prejudice to her right.
