Petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 109 of 2016, pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas, for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A/26 of the Arms Act, 1959. Country-made pistol and cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner as well as coaccused Dadan Ram. Para-3 of the bail petition reveals that petitioner has got criminal antecedent and the petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on bail for the present. However, the petitioner may renew the prayer for bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50660 of 2016 (2) dt.23-11-2016 2/2 before the Court-below if the trial is not concluded within six months from today.
