The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant, a police officer, has stated that when he reached the place of occurrence he found that some persons had blocked the road and they were raising slogan against the police. The informant came to know the name of protestors from the Chowkidar. The petitioner's name of course figured in the FIR as one of the protestors but no specific allegation is made against him.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30583 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Sidhwalia P.S.
