2. The petitioners seek regular bail in the present case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the victim, causing injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioners have one criminal antecedent. They are in custody since

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties as well as the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gaya /concerned Court below in connection with Chandauti P.S.
