JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2015 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Sidhwalia P.S. Case No.80/14 for the offences under Sections 498(A), 323, 406 of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The prosecution case, in brief, is that marriage of the complainant took place with petitioner no.1 on 11.5.2011. After some time all the accused persons including the petitioners used to demand golden chain. The complainant gave a birth of baby. After three years the complainant was beaten and ousted her from her matrimonial home keeping her all belongings.

No.28885 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner no.1 is the husband, petitioner no.2 is father-in-law and petitioner no.3 is mother -in-law, petitioner no.4 is Nanad and petitioner no.5 is Nandoi of the complainant. The petitioner no.1 is ready to deposit an amount of Rs.1000/- per month in the court below which shall be released in favour of the informant On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that petitioner no.1 shall deposit a sum of Rs.1000/- per month in favour of the complainant, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six months from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashish Mishra J.M., Gopalganj, in Sidhwalia P.S.
