====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-08-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bagaha (Patkhauli O.P.) P.S. Case No. 252 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant is Assistant Superintendent of Sub-Jail, Bagaha, who in his written complaint has stated that on 01.06.208 petitioner has forged signature of Superintendent of Jail on the seniority list and it was handed over to one computer operator Md. Kayum Ansari, to send it to the department through e-mail.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent. He is a clerk posted in the office and due to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36294 of 2018(4) dt.18-08-2018 2/2 some difference between the Assistant Jailor, he has been falsely implicated in this case. He is on the verge of his retirement and the allegation is false and concocted. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.06.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha (Patkhauli) P.S. Case No. 252 of 2018.
