JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2015 Having regard to the fact that the opposite parties have already passed the order disposing of the representation of the petitioner against his grievance of transfer, this Court will have now no reason to continue with this contempt proceeding inasmuch as there was a very limited direction of this Court in the connected writ application to only consider such representation of the petitioner by the Principal Secretary, who was directed to pass a reasoned order on the representation of the petitioner.
2. This Court, on perusal of the order dated 10.06.2014, Annexure-A to the show cause reply filed on behalf of the O.P. No. 2, is satisfied that such order has already been passed and the order of this Court has been complied with.
3. If the petitioner, in any way, is aggrieved by the
Patna High Court MJC No.570 of 2014 (2) dt.08-05-2015 2/2 aforesaid order, she will have remedy as is permissible in law, but then that cannot be a reason for continuing with the contempt proceeding.
4. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
