JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-11-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(1) For issuance of an appropriate writ/ order/ direction to the respondents 5 and 6 to stop collection of rent from shops and building which were built initial (till 19391380) for maintenance of school or school staff of Kani Ram Khetan High School, Lakhisarai and to refund the collected amount as rent in school fund for

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Lakhisarai for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought, is granted.

It is needles to state that in case, appropriate representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Lakhisarai shall be considered the same in accordance with law and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
