The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ramgarh Chowk P.S. Case No.138 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 115(2), 126(2), 109(1), 303(2), 352, 351(2), 191(2), 191(3) and 76 of the B.N.S., 2023 and under sections 3 and 4 of the Prevention of Witch (Dain) Practices Act.

The petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the informant causing injuries.

The petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2026.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature and from the side of the petitioner some persons have also sustained injuries. It has also been submitted that the occurrence has taken place on account of land dispute and similarly situated co-accused namely, Company Yadav and Shital Yadav have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.01.2026 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.90218 of 2025.

Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail. 7.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner and also the fact that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, this bail application is allowed. 8.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai / concerned Court below, in connection with Ramgarh Chowk P.S. Case No.138 of 2025.

It is, however, clarified that the observations
