The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 616 of 2022 arising out of Didarganj P.S. Case No. 20 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 406, 302 and 324 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

One Mukesh kumar is the assailant of the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2022. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the allegation and period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
