This is a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 195/2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation of assault has been made due to existing land dispute between the parties. A Title Suit No. 169 of 2003 is pending from before. In view of the litigating term between the parties, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel further submits that prior to lodging the instant case Rupauli Case no. 194/2015 was lodged by the petitioner against the informant and her family members. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30102 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 is on bail in an earlier case. Further, the petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2017.

Considering the above submissions, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Purnea in connection with Rupauli P.S.
