The petitioners are accused in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 70 of 2014, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that regarding the theft of the motorcycle of the informant, Kochas P.S. Case No. 70 of 2014, under Section 379 I.P.C. was instituted against unknown. In course of investigation, the petitioners were apprehended in Mohania P.S. Case No. 201 of 2014 in which the Police got recorded the confessional statement of the petitioner showing their involvement in the present case. The petitioners are in custody since 19.10.2016.

No.1084 of 2017 (2) dt.13-01-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 70 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
