The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 379, 324, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of outraging the modesty of the informant by pulling her Saree and biting on her left knee. It is also alleged that the petitioner also snatched her Mangal Sutra and threatened her that if she will lodge any case, her entire family will be killed.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2016. The charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner has got no

There is a case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties are agnates. The occurrence is alleged to have taken place due to property dispute. On behalf of the state, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Munger in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S.
