2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 341 , 323 , 504, 506 and 376 of the I. P . C .

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he forcibly committed rape with the victim.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No such occurrence ever took place as alleged. There is no eye-witness of the occurrence .

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and states that from perusal of the medical examination of the victim it appears that she was sexually assaulted and raped.

6. Considering the accusation and gravity of allegation, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Kaushik/- U T
