The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 02.06.2020 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge 2nd -cum- Special Judge, Excise Act, Purnea whereby and whereunder, cognizance under Section 290, 504 IPC and under Section 37(c) has been taken.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to take all the points raised in this application at the time of framing of charge.
