Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement of co- accused as well as criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 30.7.2016 but up till now he has not been put on test identification parade. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
