The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1123 (C)/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498 (A) I.P.C. and 3⁄4 D.P. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is willing and ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity and ensure that there shall be no recurrence of untoward incident. Considering the bonafide offer made by the petitioner and also the fact that there shall be no recurrence of untoward incident, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this
