ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner, being the father-in-law of the deceased lady, is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sono P.S. Case No.57 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 498A, 328, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, case diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific role assigned to the petitioner as per the allegation made against him in the F.I.R.

Learned counsel for the State after perusing the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30425 of 2015 (3) dt.16-10-2015 2/2 diary submits that there is no cogent material in the case diary so as to specifically indicate that the petitioner had played an active role in the death of the deceased lady. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Sono P.S. Case No.57 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
