Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2017. Submission is that nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner has got any criminal antecedent. Another co-accused has already been allowed bail in this case by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13496 of 2018 (Annexure 2). Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
