Under the facts of the case, the Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, the learned Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara shall consider the submission that the act of the petitioner lacked intention or knowledge as are required to be shown reasonably from the facts of the case as he fired to celebrate the Tilak ceremony and he had no intention to kill anyone.

This Court believes that when the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail in the court below in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 185 of 2014, the court below shall keep the above noted observation of this Court in its mind while considering the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
